Indian HIndus worship Lord Shiva as they celebrate Maha Shivratri at a temple in Delhi. The sound of conches being blown and devotional songs being sung; the fragrance and smoke from incense sticks filling the air; the sight of Shivlings being bathed in milk and being garlanded with flowers; and hordes of people thronging to Shiva temples right across India; devotees offering fruits like bananas and coconuts and even the poisonous dhatura to their God, for it is His Night Maha Shivaratri – the great night of Shiva!!
