Dr. Devendra Pradhan took to medicine after graduating from St. Paul's School in Darjeeling, and hails from an old Darjeeling family who have hospitality in their blood. His brother also went to SPS. He recalls the good old days. In his case, the particularly memorable ones revolved around hunting for jackals on the khud-sides around school! (Now how many times do we use the elevated word 'khud-side' in our ordinary day-to-day lives in the plains...?) YET another reason we miss school so much!
