A Sikkim-themed festival stall showcases the state’s agricultural produce, food products and traditional textiles. The stall, marked with the Sikkim State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation (SIMFED) logo, displays fresh ginger, turmeric, kiwis, citrus fruits and other local produce. Shelves also feature bottled pickles, sauces and packaged products including Temi Tea from Sikkim. Colorful woven fabrics, bags and traditional garments are displayed alongside the food products. Small jute pouches containing spice blends are also arranged at the stall, highlighting regional ingredients and culinary products from Northeast India. 9th North East Student Festival in Delhi, 2026
