Boneset-Leaf Inula (Duhaldea eupatorioides)—or the closely related Duhaldea cuspidata—is a native wild plant of the Himalayan and sub-Himalayan regions of India. Belonging to the Asteraceae family, this herbaceous species is recognized by its yellow composite flowers and elongated, textured leaves. It commonly grows along forest edges, open slopes, and roadside habitats, especially during the flowering season. This plant plays an important ecological role by supporting pollinators such as bees and butterflies. In traditional knowledge systems, Duhaldea species are also valued for their medicinal properties.
