Pakistan becomes the symbol of evil this Dussehra

In India, the festival of Dusshera is synonymous to the triumph of the good over the evil. Effigies of Raavan are burnt with much jubilation while Lord Ram’s name is hailed by all. However, what marked a difference this time, was that the usual fluorescent green, blue effigies were replaced by those green in colour with the name of Pakistan written on effigies. After the deadly attack in Uri, where 18 Indian Army soldiers lost their lives, India vowed to avenge its martyrs. The launch of surgical strikes on September 29 across the Line of Control (LoC) is seen by many as a successful revenge for Uri. However, successive attacks in Baramulla, Handwara, Pampore and Shopian hints that the strikes might have ended but the problem still remains. The problem of terrorism still remains. Source: w
