A lady and girl pack cinnamon sticks in Sri Lanka. They put these sticks in a plastic bag and seal it with the help of candle to protect cinnamon from moisture. Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum. Cinnamon is used in both sweet and savoury foods. The term "cinnamon" also refers to its mid-brown colour.
