Patenga Beach is one of the renowned beaches in Bangladesh. For watching the sun set, Patenga is a beautiful sea beach close to Chittagong city. Many street vendors sell ice creams and drinks but don't miss the chance to taste the area's speciality-- fried spicy mud crab served with falafel and vegetables. Patenga is a popular tourist spot. As part of the seashore, concrete walls can be seen along the shore. The lighting of the beach area has enhanced the security aspect of night visit especially since the establishment of restaurants and kiosks.
