Winters make life sluggish in the hills of Arunachal Pradesh. Bomdila is the headquarter of the West Kameng district. In early morning hours one doesn't find many people on the road, even the streets of the marketplace are deserted. As the sun warms up, people begin to come out of their homes and get on with work and go out to buy things from the market.
