Rohit Bal, an Indian fashion designer showcased his designs prepared for Spring Summer Collection 2002 Fashion Show held in Paris. As these dresses look like western but he uses Indian elements to prepare these dresses. Rohit Bal speaks about his designs for Spring Summer Collection. He says, "I used Indian elements in making the dresses for Spring Summer Collection such as Indian technique, Indian embroidery but I have used them in an international style. I have used Chanderi, silk, Malmal, Cotton, Khadi and the tribal influences of embroidery".
