When the government has let its citizens down, and organized the Kumbh Mela and state level elections, it then falls upon the local police and Indian Army to provide relief. An Indian Army Stallion made at the Vehicle Factory in Jabalpur enters a residential neighbourhood in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, carrying oxygen cylinders in it for relief to local hospitals. India is reeling under the third wave of Covid, as a punishment for the government to have allowed the Kumbh Mela to take place, in addition to state elections including in Uttar Pradesh.
