This is a shocking video of an ATM incident in Panjim Goa . The man got it on his head several times with a hammer while he was trying to stop the perp from escaping from the Panjim ATM machine room in Goa 2017. At the end, the perp managed to make a run for it but could not carry the black bag which he left behind near the ATM machine.
