The Jain Hawala Case which dominated the news in the last few years has once again resurfaced in a different avatar. Although all those allegedly involved in the case where acquited by the court. The Central Vigilance Commission has asked the Central Bureau of Investigation to look into alleged IT violations by the accused. This news by CVC has now stirred up another political storm in the country. The offence, as the adage states, remains the best form of defence.
