The life of a spice seller in India. The shop of the spice seller was owned by his forefathers in 1930. Today this shop is one of the most popular spice shops in Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi. This young man's name is Karan Singh Chauhan and he is 19 years old. His family is from Uttar Pradesh, although he was born in Delhi. His father does the same profession, as his forefathers have been doing for generations. He is not married and his family composes of a father, mother, brother and sister.
