The Moon moving out of the Earth's Umbra, in Delhi

This video is shot from the roof of the building of Wilderness Films India Ltd., 1 Factory Road, New Delhi. Shown here is the Moon almost fully out of the Earth's Umbra. This stage is called as the fifth contact in a Lunar Eclipse which leads to the sixth contact called as the End of the penumbral eclipse where the Earth's shadow no longer makes any contact with the Moon. The moon's bright white glow turned into coppery, luminescent orange as the lunar surface was completely covered by the earth's shadow during the last total lunar eclipse of this year. The 51 minute-long spectacle of the moon being eclipsed and then turning cerise was visible all over the country, including the national capital.
