Our pucca desi cowboy Sanjay Bhalla runs one of the most fantastic dairy operations in north India. See him in action on his home turf near Delhi city! "I am Sanjay Bhalla. We are at 'The Way We Were' Farm. We started this farm in 2013... and now it's 2019, we have really enjoyed the journey. Country cows were considered Holy and sacred, people use to worship them. Now we have discovered why... because of they purely, truly nourishes you... Not only through its milk or milk products like ghee, butter, also through its dung and urine... now, but we also have lived this life and experienced it and we are amazed by what it does to the soil... whether humans eat it or cows eat it both will have a magical effect. here in these farms, we have 30acres land and we are based in Noida. We are bless
