Citizens break through the police barricades like an army of ants at a rally in Guwahati forcing the police to pull back before running towards the opposite direction fearing the backlash of lathis or batons from the policemen. Hundreds are gathered blocking the street in disapproval of the CAA or CAB which was passed toward the end of 2019. Rallies at different locations by residents in hundreds and thousands are recorded. Even railways tracks are not spared as residents come out together in opposition against the bill deemed discriminatory by a large section of Indian society and religious minorities.
