A herd of Ibex in Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir state, India. Capra is a genus of mammals, the goats or wild goats, composed of up to nine species including the wild goat, the markhor and several species known as ibex. Nestled between the Kunlun Mountain ranges and the Himalayas, Ladakh boasts of innumerable vistas ranging from lakes to mountains and valleys. Located in the northernmost part of India, the region is a dream travel destination for people from all over the world.
