Circus act goes wrong, kid gets hurt as acrobats entertain in Kolkata

An Indian girl rotates upside down on a horizontal bar as she performs her routine during a street circus show in Kolkata. This is archival footage from the 1980's. Meanwhile, a child lies atop another child, and a performer on a bicycle goes around and right over them, to the sound of a drum beat, getting them to pass through in between the two tyres of the bicycle. At one point, he gets his cycle tyre jammed over them and clearly hurts them. The kid starts crying. He must have clearly been badly hurt by the metal rims of the cycle's tyres. The kid is cruelly treated and jerked up from the ground...Using children for circus acts is a cruel and unjust practise and has thankfully, been banned.
