A female Snow Leopard or Ounce pads across thick snowpack and reaches its Ibex kill, to devour the next installment of its meal. It inspects the snow that has red patches form the Ibex blood and proceeds to initiate its meal. Snow Leopard with 6 foot long tail lunches on an Ibex in Spiti valley of Himachal Pradesh, in mid-winter chill. The meat must be stone cold by now, but that does not deter the Huewal. The Snow Leopard even takes a pee in the snow, leaving a wet melted patch!
