Water, Water everywhere at a dam in Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh during the monsoon. The roaring sounds and the overflowing dam does little to dissuade the locals playing and frolicking in the water. Police arrive to make the locals leave the flooding dam area while three young men can be seen enjoying the froth and clicking photographs in front of the water cascade. Even the cops are taking photographs as this is clearly a picturesque sight and a dangerous location too! The policemen do make sure that the yahoos, revellers and tourists or locals are moved out of the danger zone.
