Chaar Dukaan in Landour. Char Dukan, as its name suggests, consists of four shops or dhabas. The first shop is Tip Top and is run by Vipin. This is the view from the tall bridge that connects the west face of the hill to Char Dukan and has a recent unwisely constructed multi-storeyed parking lot below it. In the next Uttarakhand earthquake, one wonders how such unstable structures will be treated...
