Ever seen a 'toursit' bus? Well, now you have! A new direct air-conditioned Delhi-Pokhara bus service, called the “Bharat-Nepal Maitri Bus Seva” (India-Nepal Friendship Bus Service), was launched in early March 2015. The bus takes more than 12 hours to complete the journey, making bus travel a more appealing option than previously. We took this service of UPSRTC from Pokhara to Delhi. It leaves from Pokhara's tourist bus stop at 7.30 making its way through Sunauli border into India to Delhi. This tourist bus stop experiences a large number of domestic as well as international tourist footfall. Not Gongabu bus stand, surely?
