Rajnath Singh flag-off the Women's Day Bike Rally with actress Lavina Tondon. Lavina Tandon plays a character of Ruqaiya Sultan Begum in her television programme Jodha Akbar. Women's Bike rally in Delhi organised by Navbharat Times (NBT) on International Women's Day, 8th March 2015. The Bike Rally started its flagg off from DLF Place, Saket and culminated at the same place. Home Minister Rajnath Singh graced the Flagged off ceremony at 4pm. Other celebrities including Bollywood actor Juhi Chawla, singer Shibani Kashyap and Television star Lavina Tondon who plays Ruqaiya Begam in the historical drama Jodha Akbar also graced the ceremony. This concept was initiated in 2013 with the first All-Women Bike Rally in Delhi followed by similar rallies in cities Pune, Nagpur, Mumbai and Kolkata. So
