Atleast three people lost their lives and several others were injured on Tuesday in a bus accident in Panagarh area in West Bengal's Burdwan District. The accident took place when the bus skidded off the road when the driver tried to overtake a car. Confirming the death toll, police said that the exact number of injured was not clear as rescue operations were underway. A police officer Uttam Mandal said: "Three people have died in the bus accident; we cannot tell the exact number of the injured as we are still rescuing people. The injured have been taken to nearby hospitals for treatment. The bus was going to Asansol when the incident occurred." He added t
