The 2023 Republic Day Parade on Kartavya Path features tableaux highlighting the theme of Nari Shakti (Women's Empowerment). One tableau showcases a large sculpture of Goddess Durga seated on a stylized lion, accompanied by folk artists performing in traditional Indian attire. Another tableau by the Central Armed Police Forces presents women personnel in operational roles, including a camouflaged light armoured vehicle, female security personnel, and sculptures depicting activities such as saluting, rock climbing, and weightlifting. Female contingents march alongside the display as spectators watch from grandstands decorated with Indian national flags and replicas of the Ashoka Lion Capital.
