Bhasharat Amin says "I am a resident of Srinagar and also the in charge of this computer centre. The 5RR battalion of army started these computer centres with the help of Operation Sadbhavana Seven in Ganderbal area. In 2004 for Operation Sadbhavana was launched and the computer centres were set up under the same initiative. Since then around 90 candidates have been trained and more are getting enrolled."
