A woman goat herder stands apart with her red channat saree, in Rajasthan: Our camera follows her and her flock of goats and sheep on a bare hill pahari in Rajasthan. The goat and sheep browse on the tiny leaves of Acacia and other plants, carefully biting between the thorns. The village woman reaches atop an Aravalli hilltop near Sariska National Park, to graze her flock. She stays wary for the presence of panther or leopard in this rocky hilly habitat.
