The Pale Grass Blue (Pseudozizeeria maha) is one of India's smallest butterflies, commonly found in Delhi's gardens, grasslands, and urban areas year-round on low herbs. The Common Castor (Ariadne merione) ranges widely across India including Delhi, favoring scrublands, forest edges, and gardens as a resident species on host plants like castor leaves. Both lycaenid and nymphalid butterflies thrive in Delhi habitats, frequently seen feeding on nectar from flowering plants.
