Locals watch in amusement and wonder as the river floods over the bridge. Ambulance and a bus are crossing the already flooded bridge and it is unnerving to watch the heavy vehicles cross the bridge. Stupid or brave we can never figure out but some of the men are standing on embankments and walls and filming the floods.
