Parliament House, New Delhi, 19th of August 1985 the 35th year of our Republic. Fourteen founding fathers of the Indian constitution called on the speaker of the Lok Sabha Mr Balram Jakhar. The past 35 years had been the years of trial and tribulation the constitution frames by them has stood the test of time and become the bedrock of India's progress and unity.
