"One and a half years for a film with such a large star cast is not long. According to my plans, the film comes late. Mostly because of two reasons. One of our schedules got stuck with Karishma's wedding. She (Karishma Kapoor) is like my daughter so attending her wedding was my duty." Boney Kapoor further states: "It was destiny. Someone's good, someone's not so good. Everyone's dates got stuck. That's why the film got delayed. Earlier we had gone to Montreal for filming, Randhir Kapoor had a heart attack in Delhi, and Kareena had requested me to go back."
