Nadeem Sethi Detention Case: "We have filed 3 petitions against Nadeem Sethi's detention. One was for filing an FIR against the way he was arrested, second for his production and all 3 were dismissed on the basis that it is not under High Court's jurisdiction to issue a writ. Since Nadeem Sethi has been detained under the Army Act. Even though Deputy Attorney General said that he does not know under what law is this being filed. He was unable to give any reasons. And then it is also said in the order mercifully that Nadeem Sethi is not an accused. What repercussions that have, we have to go and study.
