The houses of Choglamsar and large parts of Ladakh largely use mud bricks for construction. Ladakh has faced a major natural disaster by way of a flash flood and mud slide which made the living condition in parts of Ladakh miserable and ladakhis had to leave their homes and take shelter in relief tents. These shots show parts of houses and other things that were collapsed in that disaster.
