Workers are involved in painting, applying decorative designs, glazing, and surface finishing on ceramic vessels. Several women workers are also seen engaged in different stages of the production process. Industrial pottery equipment is used alongside manual craftsmanship, showing the combination of mechanised production and hand-finishing used to manufacture ceramic pots and other earthenware products.
