A week after the sensational court room killing of a man with criminal record in Muzaffarnagar, another undertrial with criminal cases against him, Yogendra alias Bhura (42) was shot dead by two persons outside a court room in Moradabad Monday noon. Three constables, who had escorted Bhura from the district jail to the court for hearing in a case, nabbed both the assailants. Police identified one of them as Sumit Choudhary, brother of a student leader Rinku Choudhary who was allegedly shot dead by Bhura in 2013. The other is Sumit’s cousin Pankaj.
