Groom comes out of the car at the wedding venue with a coconut and other ritualistic material. He is then welcomed by the groom's family and asked to keep his feet on a wooden slab where you can see the feet having henna design and nail paint. A priest performs a ritual which is performed by the bride's brother. At the end of the prayer, the bride's brothers lift him up and carry him inside the venue.
