Art exhibition by Indian artist Hemendranath Majumdar, Abdul Rehman Chughtai, Jamini Roy in New Delhi. Along with the painting by these artists, there was some famous British antique. The other important thing about this exhibition was the auction of antiques where everyone was allowed to take part. The exhibition was organized by Bowrings organization. An official of Bowrings organization speaks about the exhibition. He says, "The Indian market is unexplored. The markets to be developed in textiles, carpets which were never offered an auction to the general public."
