In Bangkok you can eat whenever you want and wherever you want. On every passing street you find food vendors, sweet or savory make your choice. Some of the food walks along the street carried or pushed by a nomad seller. Other food come attached to a moveable stand. People come, set up, cook, sell, clean the dishes all in the street, and when the time comes, they go back leaving the place either for another stall or empty. They have their spots and loyal customers. Bangkok is the capital and the most populous city of Thailand. It is known in Thai as Krung Thep Maha Nakhon. The city occupies 1,568.7 square kilometres (605.7 sq mi) in the Chao Phraya River delta in Central Thailand, and has a population of over eight million, or 12.6 percent of the country's population.
