Lalit Modi speaks about planning multiplexes in India. He says " The Modi group is planning to actually get into multiplexes. Lalit Kumar Modi is an Indian businessman and cricket administrator. He was the first Chairman and Commissioner of the Indian Premier League (IPL), and ran the tournament for three years until 2010.
