Stray dogs are becoming common and seen in huge numbers in urban areas like Delhi like the ones you see in the video. These dogs live on human food scraps, small preys, and the charity of people and meat shops. The dogs in the video look underfed with fewer people eating outside during the Corona Pandemic, scrap food and feeding them seems to have dropped down.
