Students use film at the FTII campus. The Film and Television Institute of India is one of the largest government-funded film institutions in India. Here you can see students editing on film using Steenbeck editing tables, processing and drying shot film stock, screening films, shooting around the campus in Pune, and more. Film spools can be seen running on a BHP Inc. Professional Equipment device. Negatives get graded. An old CRT monitor shows the image. state-of-the-art film equipment is available for students to use.
