They have taken over the roads, entirely blocking National Highways between Rishikesh-Haridwar and Delhi, Dehra dun and Roorkee and more. Their orange hordes have taken over north India's roads, in loud raucous speaker-laden trucks, each carrying a heavy-duty diesel generator to power those loud speakers. Hindu pilgrimage becomes a Bollywood extravaganza, fuelled by politics.
